This is the new format for taking leave or absent letter. Only this format will be accepted by Discipline Mistress, L/Cpl Foo Jia Yee start from May 2012. Members must use A4 white paper and black ball point pen to write the letter. The letter should in hand writing

Members should submit on leave letter at least one week before take leave. For absent letter, members must submit as fast as possible and not more than 15 days.
Punishment will be give for those who are not sending in their letter.
